Radisson Blu Hotel Koeln - Cologne

Good hotel with excellent internet access, a 24-hour reception, a fitness centre, and a bar lounge area. I still remember the helpful staff returning my forgotten hairbrush during my first stay. Highly recommend for a cozy escape!

It was an excellent modern hotel, nesteled in a contemporary building. Absolutely friendly and gentle staff, offered us wake up service and ironing. We had absolutely fantastic breakfasts with eggs to order and vegan options.

The service was nice, we felt welcome.

A Wonderful Getaway with Family

We had a lovely weekend stay with our family. The staff were great too accommodate our needs, ensuring a smooth check-in. Breakfast impressed us with its variety and quality. Pro tip, book breakfast in advance for a great start to the day!

The overall hotel and room design. The water boiler and the mini bar was fully equipped, which was very good.. I loved the bath and the shower!

Our bed sheets were never changed! This was the first time in my life that hotel house keeping dont change the sheets. The room wasn't that clean, it only looks clean. The hotel location, i guess i wasnt lucky choosing it since it was really far from the city center! I wont recommend it for family city trip! The receptionist made us face a problem with our credit card since they had to block a certain amount of money; when i checked with my bank it turned out they have blocked tripple the amount needed! All they could say is " It's not our mistake"! One more thing, the corridoor smelled horrible!

We visited the amazing Cologne Fair and also enjoyed a lovely evening exploring the local area. The place offered a calm atmosphere and a funny robot for room service, made us laugh. Daily cleaning meant we came back to a fresh room after a long day.

We faced a bit of trouble with the breakfast as the staff often didn't have our prepaid meals sorted out and we had to explain multiple times. It was a little frustrating.

The double room is tastefully decorated and brand-new. It has competent staff team at the check-out.

I had a lovely stay as a solo traveler while attending a conference nearby. The location was perfect, with easy access to the exhibition hall and local attractions like the beautiful Cologne Cathedral. I appreciated the comfortable room and the well-equipped gym, which helped me unwind after a busy day. There was some confusion with the breakfast arrangements that was a bit frustrating. It was a good experience and I would definitely consider returning.

Extremely expensive breakfast . Last day of my stay , there was a dinner party taking place and since I had a room on the first floor , I really suffered from the noise and the tremble of the room . The music was too loud and it lasted till very early in the morning . The staff tried to help but with no actual result .

Air conditioning issues led to uncomfortable temperatures!!! Poor condition of amenities, such as malfunctioning room features, needs attention!!!
